Spaces:
We have three vending spaces at two high-traffic locations on campus.
Bata Library Foyer - this 10 foot table is in the library foyer between the library entrance and the campus Tim Horton's.
Wenjack Theatre Foyer (A) - this 13.5 x 11 foot space located between the main lecture hall and the cafeteria.
Wenjack Theatre Foyer (B) - this 8 foot table is located next to the entrace of our main lecture hall.
To book a space:
Vendor spaces are available Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm during the academic year. Bookings are limited to one location per day and three bookings per week.
To book a space contact our Vendors Coordinator at 748-1000 or vendors@trentcentral.ca. If you are contacting us via e-mail please indicate your preferred location. Once an available date is booked you will be sent a booking agreement and invoice. Your booking is confirmed when we receive a signed copy of your agreement.
Each location is outfitted with a table (chairs are often found near the location).
Trent is equipped with wireless internet access. However, to access the network you will need a guest login and password. Please inform the Vendors Coordinator if you wish them to arrange this for you (requires 2 business days' notice).

When you arrive at Trent please check in at our office to pay your vendor's fee and pick up your contract. You must have your contract available to show security should they wish to confirm your consented presence on campus. Our office is Suite S110 in Champlain College, just past the bookstore. Payments can be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, debit or cheques made out to the Trent Central Student Association.
Pay and display parking is available for $6 a day from the parking meters. A map of Trent parking can be found at: www.trentu.ca/parking/parking.pdf Lot I is closest to Bata Library and Lot R is closest to the Wenjack foyer.

All University dates are listed at www.trentu.ca/calendar but we will not book your visit during these times.
How do I book a visit during Introductory Seminar week?
We do not begin booking vendors until the first week of classes after Intro week.
