Frost Clubs & Groups Day is hosted and sponsored each year by the Trent Central Student Association (TCSA). As the event grows each year, it becomes even more important for student organizations to register in advance. This is the first time we are holding a Clubs & Groups Day in the second semester. This will be on Wednesday January 18, 2012. The event will be held at Gzowski's Red Zone. Groups are asked to assist with set-up at 10am and take-down at 5pm.
The TCSA can only provide each group with one 6 foot banquet table and two chairs. Please do not bring your own tables or chairs. Space is limited. Power sources, umbrellas, and other extras will not be provided. Any member of your group perceived to be acting inappropriately may be requested to leave the event.
